The author conclusion is that FCPA and DoJ are instruments to conduct a more insidious warfare using the law against the enemy or adversary to delegitimize them and causing maximum damage forcing them to comply using coercion. 

This book is a complex reading, dry and abstract philosophical piece of highly controversial text with provocative thoughts and challenging approach. The author does not write easily nor his reasoning is soft or intuitive, my experience reading these 310 pages was exhaustive and concentration demanding.

This book was recently recommended by a very close friend who told me that the book was life changing. Normally, when people say that I don't trust them because they are exaggerating. However, after reading the book I must say: this is a life changing reading!

After listening too many times that this or that is a "game changer” I decided to go deeper in the idea of what is exactly a “game”? 

The weakness that Joseph Conrad identified when travelling to Congo to see the horrors of Belgian domination can be trabslated into the quote “It is funny what some people will do for a few francs a month".

What shocked me in this book was the radical (and trustworthy) approach of the author who addresses as a kick-off in the introduction a controversial non-business crime in which the driver ended up killing her boyfriend.
